Shipping/Cancellation/Refund Policies
Tracking is currently not available on our website. If you would like to track your purchase, please go to www.USPS.com. Due to the large quantities of orders, delivery confirmation numbers (tracking number) are available upon email request only. Delivery confirmation numbers become available once the package is shipped-please refer below for processing time.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellation of your order must be done within 24 hours of placing your order. A full refund will be issued if cancelled within 24 hours, and prior to shipping of item(s).
Returns will be accepted up to 3 weeks after order date. Refunds will be for item price, and applicable taxes only. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Custom orders are not accepted for refunds.
Shipping Policy:
All custom and handmade orders require 5-7 business days for processing. Our custom handmade items are all unique, so we need plenty time to make yours special!
All other orders require 3-4 business days for processing.
Shipping is currently based upon product size and weight*.
Current shipping method is through United States Postal Service (USPS), Parcel Post, or UPS (for orders weighing over 4 pounds). Most Pillow Pet shipments will go out with free upgrade to Priority Mail. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping prices.
